I m working out since 5 years, without any supplement. Till now I m totally depending on natural diet. But haven't get good quality muscles. My age is 23 and weight is 80kg. Only the difference I saw in these years is my weight loss. Previous year my weight was 94 and now it is 80. I want to build good quality muscles/ physique. What should I do ? Which supplement I should prefer. I m a vegetarian. I have recently used TNC Veg Protein, but it works nill for me. Plz help me. I m a student.
