Want to build muscle and burn bodyfat.

My bodyfat is 28-30, and I’m doing intermediate workout. I’m struggling from 2 years with a strict diet but no changes, I want six abs and good muscle.

  To reduce the fat %  you need to follow a high protein, low carbs, and a low-fat diet.

In the workout, you must include high-intensity interval cardio in your workout plan immediately after your weight training session for better results.
In supplements, consume isolate whey protein as your post workout nutrition, BCAA during a workout for better muscle recovery. You can also use a fat burner to enhance the fat burning process.
