You should hit 2 times Arms in gym i( i.e BIECEPS & TRICEPS BOTH) in a week with heavy weight traning and do just 10 reps in each sets.

And also meet your daily protein intake as well.

Your main motive is grow up bisep and trisep.. Then you should arms workout twise a weak. One day bisep and trisep both and along with chest day ( trisep 2 or 3 exercise) , back day( bisep 2 or 3 exercise) after chest or back. One more thing you try bisep & trisep on Monday where you have more power compare to other .. Keep in mind Tuesday and Wednesday do shoulder , legs because 48 hrs min requirements for recovery of same part of body. Then chest & tri , back and bisep.. Maintain your diet with carbs protein and little bit good fat, avoid junk food , soft drinks, eat clean Be natural be heathy.

In alternate trisep bisep have rest time more. But in one muscle group rest time low.. And it is best for beginners or intermediate. Try both at once and decides which is suitable for you. But I suggest one muscle group at one time.
