Want to do bulking with lean abs

Hii, I am Nikhil, my weight is 74 kg and 5" 9 height. I am doing gym from last 3 months. I want to do bulking of overall body with lean abs. And I am very much confused with my diet plan. Sir can you please please recommended me a diet plan as well as a perfect workout routine.

Hi..

First of all leaning and bulking are entirely two different things

 and it cannot happen simultaneously.You need to clear with your goal .

You can use the following stack for aesthetic body and abs:

1)MB Whey Isolate-3 scoops per day

 2)MB BCAA6000-10-15 grams per day 

3)MB Fish Oil-2 capsules per day 

4)CLA-3000mg 

5)Carnitine-3000mg 

6)Pro7-1 scoop before bed

7)Glutamine-10 grams. 

Workout:

Monday-legs+calves 

Tuesday-shoulder+abs 

Wedn-chest+bisceps 

Thur-back+triceps

 Fri-legs+calves 

Sat-crossfit

 sunday -rest

 Note-: Do HIIT workout after weight training. stop eating sugar, salt and simple carbs
