Want to gain lean muscle

I am 29, 80 kg and 6 feet. Please guide which foods and supplements to be taken and which are to be avoided for lean muscle gain.

Hi Kunal,

As per your height your weight is perfectly ok. Include in your diet high protein, high fiber, Complex carb. avoid junk food, saturated fat.

Use supplement Whey Protein Isolate, Blend Protein, BCAA, Glutamine, Multivitamin.
