Want to gain muscles

I'm currently doing night shift job . Before 3 months i've done gym regularly for 1.5 years but due to job i hve lost 7 kgs of weight . But now i have started exercise with equipments again along with the job and motive to again that size nd weight guide me about this and diet plan accordingly which suitable along with job.

Just count your calories. Stay above the maintainance and workout regularly. I've outlined it in the article below:
