Want to gain weight with muscles without supplements

I workout daily but didbot see major changes and tried weight gainers but isn't working what should I do to see significant changes

You need to make a change in your diet. Increase your dietary protein, carbs and fat and then supplement with a gainer. Have plenty of chicken breast, sweet potato and olive oil.
