In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. if iam talking about your case you Metabolism is fast so that if you want to increase your body mass then you have to intake more calories ( 60 % from cabs & 40 % from protein).
And also, you should take high calorie gainer with creatine monohydrate as a supplemet.
