Want to have a good muscular body. please suggest workout and diet plan for the same. i go to gym in 5 days a week for last 1 year. but don't see much difference.

see bro going to gym for 4 days or 5 days or 7 days a week doesnt matter always. its all dependent on what u eat and how much u workout. 

i recommend u to take some supplements to see the difference. 

if u need to do the transformation i would recommend u 12 weeks kris gethin's plan on bodybuilding.com which is available absolutely for free.

in supplements u can take whey protein, BCAA, multi vitamin tablets. i hope u have enough power in lifting weights so not recommending u creatine.
