Want to make a lean body

Height 5.11 Weight 78 Chest 41 Biceps 14 Age 32 I want to know that what kind of body i do have. Apart from this, i have got a bulky belly from the last few months may be due to bad diet and no exercise. Could you please suggest me about the Diet, Exercise and Supplement so that i can get a lean body with muscles. I also want to know that how can i raise my stamina because whenever i do exercise, i feel very low. Thanks in advance☺
