Weight gain and protein

MY HEIGHT IS 5FT 11 INCH AGE -26 WEIGHT -69 KG I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO GAIN WEIGHT INCLUDING GYM BUT ITS LIKE TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE I DONOT SUFFER FROM ANY DISEASE ACCORDING TO THE DOCTOR BUT I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO TAKE TAKE PROTEIN POWDER WHICH RESULTS IN CONSTIPATION STOMACH ACHE AND DYSENTARY KINDLY HELP ME TO GAIN WEIGHT

Hi,

As per your credentials, your ideal body weight is 80 kg.

Follow a calorie dense food in your diet like banana, figs, dates, nuts, and seed like almonds, walnuts, flaxseed, also include sweet potato and peanut butter in your diet. You can consume mass gainer with water post workout, whey protein is not required in your case.

Drink plenty of water approx 4-5 lit/ day. Please do take medical advice for your medical conditions and lactose intolerance test. In case if it's positive then avoid milk products and supplements which contains lactose.
