Weight gain

hello sir, i have experienced of 1 year of workout. but i want to gain weight with muscle quickly. what i should have to do?...waiting for your response. thanks.

If u have been working out for 1 year & still not gaining weight than u r not taking ur diet properly. For gaining diet is much more important than workout. Take a high protein diet (about 3 times ur body weight in gms). Buy a good mass gainer from healthkart. Also do heavy weights with low reps not more than 10 reps.

Hi Suraj,

Just calculate your maintainance calories and eat above that. You will see a gain in weight. For maximum muscle growth be sure to hit the gym for 1 hour everyday and rest on Sunday. Make sure you are hitting each bodypart on one day.
