If u want to gain weight u need to concentrate on ur diet. Start taking high protein diet (about 3 times ur body weight in gms). Buy a good mass gainer from healthkart and do heavy weights with low reps max upto 10 reps.

Hi Paras,

Just calculate your maintainance calories and eat above that. You will see a gain in weight. For maximum muscle growth be sure to hit the gym for 1 hour everyday and rest on Sunday. Make sure you are hitting each bodypart on one day.

Want to weight gain! Is it enough detail to understand! U should try heavy boots and more cloths. Give some details for better suggestion.
