Weight gain

I​ want to increase muscle mass and weight gain,I am very thin and suffer digestive problem,I am also treatment this suffering problem from alopathy,before alopathy treatment my weight 49kg now my current weight 59kg,I am not workout in to the gym,I want incrase muscle mass and weight maximum 74kg after that I am join gym and started workout,so which product(supplemen)I will use and which diet plan I will use

Hi Chiranjit Ganguly,

You are underweight more than 6 kgs then you should go for a mass gainer first which cointain protein:carbs :: 1:5  like ON Serious Mass, DYMATIZE Super mass gainer, ULTIMATE NUTRITION  Muscle juice, MUSCLEBLAZE XXL,BSN True mass 1200, SCITECH jumbo, ABB Extreme XXL, TWINLAB super gainer fuel etc. Also have to take  6 healthy meals in a day and hit your gym minimum 5 days in a week with heavy weight and just 10-12 reps per set.
