Weight gain?

Sir my hight is 6.1 and my Wight is 63 how i increase my Wight 75 please help me.....

According to your height and weight your ideal body weight should be around 82-84 kgs, so you need to modify your dietary pattern. Consume five to six meals with equal distribution of proteins, carbohydrates and good fat . You can include banana shake ,fig shake, peanut butter ,oats ,milk ,fruits and energy dense nuts like almonds, walnuts & peanuts.  For protein sources include chicken meat and meat products,whole grain cereals like brown rice and pulses which are a good source of complex carbs . Also, you can include sweet potato and other potato products as an evening snack.
Regarding supplement  try MB XXL Mass Gainer, 6 scoops during workout days and 3 scoops for non-workout days. Distribute your gainer like- 2 scoops post workout, 2 scoops in mid afternoon-evening, 2 scoops before retiring for the day.
