Weight gain

am so lean weight 52 kg height 5.7ft . so i need to build my body i need to take mass gainer or whey protein for faster achievement of weight gain?

As per your height, your ideal body weight would be 65-70 kg aaproximately. To gain weight, you need to take a good mass gainer and do proper workout (4-5 day a week). Take rest from exercise for 2-3 days a week as your muscle grows on rest. Also, your diet plays a very important role. Take 5-6 meals a day that comprises of good amount of complex carbohydrate and high protein foods (say- Brown Rice, Oats, Multigrain Bread, Boiled Egg White, Boiled Chicken/ Fish, Low Fat Milk and Milk Products, Dals & Soyabeans).
