weight is not gaining

From last one and half year I have joined gym to gain weight and muscles because at the beginning my weight was 48 kgs.. My height is 5 feet 6 inch. I am now 55 kgs from from last 6 month... It's not becomes fixed. How I gain weight & muscle

For building muscle mass u need a high protein diet( about 3 times ur body weight in gms). Also dont go for high reps. Rather do heavy weights & low reps, not more than 10 reps.

Keep an intense workout with low rest & drink a lot of water.

Hi Anik, 

The important thing is to gain muscle and not fat. Calculate your maintainance calories and increase that amount by 100. If weight is not being added, add another 100 calories. Keep doing this until you are at your required weight if you get stuck.

Dude it take time there is good days and bad days in everyone life, slow progress is better than no progress, in this stage some people are left out. Be patience. Do something new for interest like change exercise patern, etc etc. And take good diet.
