Weight loss tips

Hi, I am seriously looking for a weight loss I got toned up a bit in last 1 year but couldn't see the weight loss can u suggest me a diet and workout plan I am serious about weight loss especially on my belly and thighs.

Hi,

Fat loss can't be reduced by body part. Just eat significantly less than your maintainance calories, keep your protein high and workout 5 days a week. You will see development but it will take time

Hi 

 

You need to  take low carb diet n no carb at night because at night our BMR slows down where if you eat carb it not be able to digest properly n turn into fat moreover you need to do cardio after wt training for 15 mins so that it will help you burn fatty acids.
