Weight not reducing

Hi, I have started work out after a long hiatus of almost 1.5 months. When I started I was around 94 kgs. I had been continuously working out for last 1. 5 months, but I do not see the Weight to be reducing beyond 92/93 kgs. I have also controlled my diet and have almost stopped eating too much of oily food, rice had been limited to one meal per week that is also minimal quantity. My typical day excercise involve 20 mins of cardiac on treadmill or cross trainer followed up with abs for around 20 25 mins and then I move to one or 2 body parts. Pls suggest what shud I do to get my weight down also reducing the waist line.
