What all food's have good protein quantity in vegetarian food cycle?

I need to know food sources which have good protein quantity and low on fat + easily available in vegetarian food chain.

The rich vegan protein sources are Quinoa,Buckwheat,Hempseed,Chia,Soy ,Rice and Beans,Hummus and Pita,Spirulina with Grains,low fat paneer, Nuts,greekYogurt,skimmed milk,Peanut Butter,Avocado ,lentils,pulses,broccoli,Tofu etc
