What are best exercises for lower abs/loose butt ?

I am around 5'8".My lower body is not in shape as the upper body.What should i do lower one flexible. and I am 24 so are there any exercises to increase my height. thanks

For lower abs.... Leg raise is best for lower abs you can do in different ways like hanging legs rises, laying legs raise. Reverse crunch, plank is good one. For your lower body... Squat is one of the best exercise for lower body. It is beneficial for butt shapeup as well as legs. For your height.. Not possible at this age. But you have good height. 5" 8 is not easily available to every girls.
