Rectus Abdominis

Ball Semi Crunch

15--20 reps

External And Internal Obliques

Plank

2 sets

2 Minutes

Core

Kneeling Ball Side Drape

3 sets

15--20 reps

Basic exercise for abs For upper abs crunch For middle abs plank For lower abs legs raises Cross crunch is good for all.
