What exercise to do and protein take?

I am vicky age 23 i am doing gym from last 1 year i want to know how can tranform my body in muscular look and which protein i should take to achieve this right now i am taking ON whey protein . Plz suggest a exercise to .

Take your protein after your workout and ensure you are getting enough protein from your diet meaning you should focus on eating lean protein like chicken, eggs and fish. Cut out the junk food and increase your intake of slow digesting carbs like oatmeal and sweet potato alongside healthy fats like olive oil and/or omega-3's.
