What is best way to loose weight?

Hi, I have gain 8 Kg weight in last 1 year(from 76kg to 80kg). Now I wants to loose my weight to 80kg and look fit and smart. I am focusing on my diet but it is difficult to focus as I stay alone and has to eat out side food. I have join gym and goes to it, but not able to go regularly.  I am bit confuse to what step sud I take to loose weight. Is taking warm lemon water in morning help? Can you please suggest me do's and dont's  My details: height: 5'10" weight:80Kg age: 29 year name amit

Hi  

You need to do exercise on regular basis and if you cant do then try to do functional training at home so that it will help you in loosing some kgs and take 1800 kcal diet which should be of less of fat ,sugar, simple carbohydrate nmoreover you can take fat burner and whey isolate on exercise days  but try to follow your diet regime properly for effective result .
