My self aarush gehlot nd my hieght is 6 feet nd weight 70 kg so plz weight gain plan suggest me. ..?

Hi Aarush According to ur height your ideal weight should be 80kg , you need to be gained 10kg. So you can add carbs and protein along with fat in 40:40:20 % ratios of ur diet . Add these food in your diet like banana, Apple, eggs White, daliya , asparagus, almonds in morning and take any gainer or protein. After your intense workout.. For exercise 10 rep maximum (in order 10/8/6) Increase weight every time ( heavy weight with minimum rep) for gaining.

Hi aarush gehlot,

you should take six meals in a day in which u should have 2 time banana or cheeku or mango shake you can add a scoop of whey or mass gainer in the shake for delicious taste and more supply of carb as well as protein too. and have whatever you want just avoid saturated fat and junk food as well.

and do regular workout for good muscle size with heavy weight and just 10 -9-8 reps.
