What is ideal weight for me?

I am 18 year old my height is 5'6" and weight is 60kg.I started doing workout and wants to build bulk muscles so which exercise I do and what suplement should I take.

You sholud take whey protein isolate which very good for create bulk muscle and you need to take diet like chicken, white eggs, Banana etc

Hi Akash,

Do compound movement exercises, do for 5-6 days in a week.Use post workout  whey protein primary isolate with water. During workorkout you can sip of BCAA. Diet matters alot for the bodybuilding so have your small meal and frequent (3 hourly).
