What is the best time to do the workouts?

Some suggests that Morning is the best time to perform workouts, some suggestes for evening. some suggests as per your convienance......but I want to know what is the difference among these and why there is no protocol?

Voomika,

There is no one specific time to workout. Just workout as per your convenience. There is no protocol because at the end of it, your body just needs to experience resistance training.

Morning time is best compare to evening. And its depend on your works.

Hi 

I also agree the same answer above because it is not specified in studies that what time workout is good morning or evening ,it completely depends on your body efficiency n alertness of your mind n feeling fresh n enthusiastic so you can do workout any time.
