What is the level of palmitoleic acid in omega 7 supplements like grace sea buckthorn oil (sbt) omega 7?

I read somewhere Sea Buckthorn Oil and macademia nuts are natural sources of Omega 7; but they have high amount of Palmitoleic Acid as well which is bad in high amounts. So just wanted to confirm if this is an ideal supplement for Omega 7 i.e. Palmitic acids have been filtered out. If not, which one would you recommend.

Hi,

The % contribution of Palmitoleic Acid is 0.0602 to 0.0770%.

Yes Sea Buckthorn Oil and macademia are the sources for omega-7. Avocado fruit is also a better sources for it.

Thanks!
