What is the most suitable macronutrients ratio and gym routine and for muscle gain?

I have been going to gym for last 3 years irregularly. It's 4 months back that I am dedicated to muscle building. I followed ketosis (5:35:60) for 1 month and reduced my bf from 32 to 17. After that I switched over to low fat diet (25:45:30) and continuing. My age is 26, height 5 feet 9 inches and weight 71 kgs. Please tell me what's the correct macronutrients ratio which I should follow for muscle gain and gym routine. I have started going gold gym.

Your ideal ratio of carbs: protein: fat should be 2:2:1.
