What kind of vegetarian diet should i follow?

Hi sir, i want to ask that i am a vegetarian and i can't afford supplements because of financial conditions. So please tell me a proper vegetarian diet which have so much protein and easily available. I want to follow Farhaan Akhtar gym schedule but i don't know abt a proper diet which is necessary with the Gym. So please tell me a diet and i shall be thankful to you.

Every vegetarian wants a proper diet.

Sunil, 

There is two types of protein:

1. FIRST CLASS PROTEIN: Which cointains all 22 types of amino acids. 1st class protein are only found in Whey protein supplements, Daily products and poultry or meat.

2. SECOND CLASS PROTEIN: In this kind of protein any one amino acid is missed. all vegetarian sources are majour example of 2nd class protein.

As you that its so difficult to meet daily requirment of protein of whole day without supplement by the way you can add some rich protein foods in your daily diet:

Milk

Yogurt

Beans 

Cottage chesse 

Nuts

broccoli

Green Capsicum

Spanich
