What preworkout food and supplement should i take?

I am trying to lose weight. I go to gym early in morning i feel a bit less energetic and i am not able to complete all the workouts told by my trainer. SO should i consider taking a preworkout supplement or food?is preworkout supplements suitable for all? What ingredients should i look for in a preworkout supplement?

Hi,

If you are not a patient of  hypertension then you should take a fat burner or If you are patient of  hypertension then you should take non-thermogenic fat burner like garcinia cambogia.
