What should be my diet and protein preferance

hie,   i am a pure vegetarian. My weight is 88 kg, hieght 5-11.   i am working out in gym from last two years.   earlier i used Isolate Isopure protien shake.' ' i want to build my body like perfect kind of athletes. Now which protien and pre working i must use. please suggest.

Hi.
