What should be the diet plan to achieve lean body muscle mass?

I am a 23 year old boy,height-5.5ft,weight-57kg. My goal is to build lean body muscle mass for that I need a diet plan which balances the protein intake,fat,carbs,salad etc. Kindly suggest.
