What should be the exercise pattern to build lean muscle?

Hi, I want to build lean muscle and a flat ab. I do workout 5 times a week usually i will do it for 45 - 60 min and i will concentrate only part(muscle) of the body on each day. How much supplement do I need to take and what are precaustion do I need to take before taking any supplements? How much cardio require for me to build lean muscle? Thanks, Chetan Agali

You Add isoalte protien and bcaa in your supplement strex.and when you start supplements for pre-caustion you take 4-5 litter water in a day
