Hi,
I want to build lean muscle and a flat ab. I do workout 5 times a week usually i will do it for 45 - 60 min and i will concentrate only part(muscle) of the body on each day.
How much supplement do I need to take and what are precaustion do I need to take before taking any supplements?
How much cardio require for me to build lean muscle?
