What should be the ideal post workout supplement?

Hi Sir, Im looking to add quality lean muscle. I wanted to know what should I add & how much quantity in my post workout shake like creatine glutamine etc. My height is 6 ft & weigh 85 kg. Thanks

Have a muffin or choclate immediately after your workout for best insuline spike and have your post workout shake ( 1 scoop protein + 5 g creatine + 5 g gultamine) after 10-15 minutes of your workout for best muscle recovery.
