What should be the ratio of macros(proteins,fats,carbohydrates) for to incease muscle size?

Please suggect suppliment stack to maximise the muscle size.

Kashi,

Follow a 40-40-20 ratio and supplement with Whey protein and BCAA.

proteins:fats:carbohydrates :: 40:20:40

Basic stack for advance gaining have 6 thing you should have

1. Whey

2. Casein

3. BCAA

4. Multivitamin 

5. Omega 3 

6. Creatine
