What should breakfast

Hey, right now I'm taking 1cup tea and 2 roties in breakfast time so I feel that I'm getting so many fat from that so can u suggest me good breakfast for lean bulk mass... My overall diet is good just breakfast problem is there

there is no FAT in your breakfast. you can take fat like Almonds , peanut butter in your breakfast. i good breakfast can be Carb + Protien + fruit = chapati/dalia/oats +eggs+Apple/orange

Hi Ravi,

You can have 

4-–6 egg whites with 2 whole eggs, Cereal with Milk/ Brown bread with peanut butter and one glass of milk.
