For bulking, you should focus on calorie dense meal like banana shake, figs, dates. Include good fats in the form of nuts and seeds in your diet like almonds, walnuts, flaxseed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed. pumpkin butter.

Do include complex carbohydrates like oats, whole grains and whole pulses and good protein like eggs, fish and lean chicken in your meal.
