What should i do ? weather i go for whey protein or not ? what could be the effects ? side effects? is it would be good for me according to my bmi ??

184 cm height, 61kg weight, BMI=18(which means UNDERWEIGHT

Use a mass gainer after your workout. There are no side effects. Just stay within your caloric limits. Don't use if you are allergic to lactose.
