What should i prefer mass gainer or protein if i am beginner in muscle building.

i have just started workout since 2months before. I am 60kg 6feet long. now want to gain weight but my diet can not fulfill it. so i want to take any suppliment. so can you suggest i should take massgainer or whey protein. and why?

You can take mass gainer. Start taking whey when you reach 78. Workout regularly and be in a caloric surplus.
