What should i take first? mass gainer or whey protein?

Hey they i have a lean body mass and i ve been working out everyday for the past 3 months and i am under weight for my height and age. till now i ve only been on a natural diet for my nutrition. i want to know whether i should take mass gainer first and then switch to whey or whichever is recommend to build muscle and help gain more weight? Eating wise i eat alot.

You did't mention your details just mention under weight, so i will recoment you to take mass gainer first you will get standard weight then only you can continue whey protien for the muscle recovery. Go for compound exercise and have frequently meals.
