What should i take to gain weight and being healthy i m 50 kg & my height is 5.8 ft

As per your credentials, your Ideal body weight is around 72 kg. To gain weight you can start with Mass Gainer post workout 1 scoop and 1 scoop in between the meal along with the meal. Also, include calorie dense diet like banana figs, almonds, dates shake. You can add peanut butter, nuts and seeds like flaxseed, pumpkin seeds in the shakes as well.
