What should i use for having a good shape of body? and increase weight?

age 24, weight 51, height 5.6ft..

As per your credentials, your Ideal body weight is 67 kg. You can use mass gainer post workout and include calorie dense food like banana shake, figs, dates. Do include some nuts and seed in your diet.
