On a general note, for a lean body, one must be on fat reduction phase of their training, generally known as cutting phase. should be consuming caloric deficit diet and doing HIIT to burn fat. Regarding supplement, whey protein isolate, bcaa, pre-workout and fat burner can be used as per individual needs.
