What supplyments i should eat

My height is 6 feet and weight 57 I am going gym since 5 months .but no change... I lift same as other lifters...trainer told me to buy supplements Pls suggest mass gainer ,amino acids, vitamins

when it comes to weight gain, diet is more important than lifting weights. Lifting 4 days in a week will be fine. But make sure that you are taking high-calorie diet along with mass gainer and creatine. And if you are looking for a good brand, you can go with any good brand.
