What to do for skin tightening near abs?

Hi, I am Prahlad aged 25. I have been going to gym from past 2 years and reduced 20 kgs till now. My entire body looks fit with toned muscle but in the belly part there is skin which is very loose without any elasticity. It came to know that after heavy weight lose, there will be skin inelasticity. I want to tighten my skin in that area. Please suggest me
