Hi

For weight loss you require a combination of strength training, diet and supplements along with Cardio, Alone cardio will leads to muscle loss, so maintaining muscle mass is very important. Do HIIT cardio after your strength training sessions. You can consume whey protein post workout and follow a high protein diet.
