What to eat what not to eat

My weight is 58kg, height 5'7 and I am 22years old. I want to make lean body. My biceps is 14 and chest 38.. I want to increase my size but at a same time I want to six pack. So help me as I want to bulk some muscles but don't want fat on my stomach area

According to your height (5'7") you weight shoould be around 68-70 kgs but you ae on 58 i.e you are underweight around 10-12 kgs then you should go for a mass gainer first which cointain protein:carbs :: 1:5  like ON Serious Mass, DYMATIZE Super mass gainer, ULTIMATE NUTRITION  Muscle juice, MUSCLEBLAZE XXL,BSN True mass 1200, SCITECH jumbo, ABB Extreme XXL, TWINLAB super gainer fuel etc. Also have to take  6 healthy meals in a day and hit your gym minimum 5 days in a week with heavy weight and just 10-12 reps per set.
