What type of carb should be taken during muscle building?

I want to get my best shape....22 years old...weight 70 kgs..height - 5 .5 inchs

During the day have slow digesting carbs like oatmeal and sweet potato. Right after training have fast digesting carbs like sugar, dextrose etc.
