What type of supplement required?

I m practicing MMA as well as strength workouts what type of supplement is required for me. I am 5.6 tall and weigh around 65 .

 Hi

For strength and stamina, you can consume creatine mono hydrate 5g with 250 ml water, 30-45 mins before you work out for 45 days.

As an athlete (contact sport)  you should have recovery sports supplementation in the form of BCCA as an intra-workout supplement.
As post workout nutrition I would recommend you whey protein for muscle recovery and a rebuilding supplement at least twice a day. Also, keep your protein and carbs intake in check. Drink at least 5-6 liter of water every day.
Along with these above supplements, consume multi vitamins and omega-3.
